Terms of Service
The website, located at www.LUMI-NYC.com, is provided to you by LUMI NYC LLC (“we”, “us” or “our”). These terms of service (“terms of service”) explain our conditions to provide our services to you. You agree to abide by the following terms and policies when placing an order on our site.
1. Delivery policies
- All Hong Kong’s local orders will have tracking numbers and we aim to ship within 2-3 business days, if the item is in stock, pre-orders take up to 21 business days to make.
- International orders will genera
- Any extra incurred fee from the courier service due to a hard-to-reach area is the sole responsibility of the customer.
- If any import duty and import tax occur, they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Once the product arrives at its designated address, its ownership will transfer to you. We are not responsible for losing the package after it arrived, or when you did not pick up the package on the designated delivery time.
- Packages not picked up will return to us, and under any circumstances redelivery fee will be incurred.
- Price may change at any time without notice.
- Every order is made delicately by our craftsmen; it might take up to 21 days for your order to be complete.
2. Return and Refund policies
- All products must be unworn, unused, to be eligible for return or refund.
- Charge a restock fee of 5% for returned product, excluding shipping
- All custom-made items will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
- For any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer exchanges of the same product once within 14 days of the product’s arrival. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.
- The due time to process your return will be within 14 business days.
- To be eligible for returns or exchange requires your product to be unused and undamaged, and must be returned as it arrived in its original packaging.
- Your return or refund must be authorized by us. Unauthorized returns will be returned to their original address with delivery charges.
- In the event of defective or faulty items, please first contact us at lumi.design.asia@gmail.com, and then we will arrange with you to return the item in its original package to us.
- Items returned will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Promotional items are not refundable, and will receive 7 days for a one-time same item exchange, only if the product is faulty upon received.
