Return Policy                                               FORM NO: LUMI-RP-001

Lumi offers a 14 days window starting from the day of delivered/picked up exchange for silver products with the following conditions match

All items must be a valid LUMI NYC item in order to meet our item return policy.

 

1A)  Item Condition: Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage, must be in all original packaging. (tags, box, and pouch included)

 

 1B)   Set Items: No individual item of a set can be returned for store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

 

 1C)   Per Order: Only 1 exchange per order.

 

 1D)  Loose Lab Grown Diamonds: the grading report must be included without damage. Additional fee to replace grading report might occur if grading report is damage or missing.

 

All below items are non-returnable:

 

Lab Grown Diamonds

       2A) Custom order: Customer selection of Lab Grown Diamonds with                          setting, including all engraved and monogrammed item.

 

       2B) Accessory: Jewelry Care Kit

 

LUMI NYC holds the right to the final decision on item returns.
